Go to the home page and click on “Physicians Login.” On the login page, you will need to enter your user ID, such as your eight-digit ABA ID, Social Security Number or email address and password.

If you forgot or have never created a password, click on “Forgot your password? Click here to reset it” on the Physician Login page. You will need to enter your ABA ID or date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) and your last name or the last four digits of your social security number. Then, click “Find My Record.” Your password must be seven or more characters long and contain a capital letter and a number.

To obtain a receipt, please log into your ABA GO portal account. Once you are logged in, click on the link near the top titled “Personal Info” and then the link “Receipts.”

You can request a printed initial, subspecialty or MOCA certificate via your ABA GO portal under Account Settings > Add On Services.
